Activ8 UnBreakaBase

This applies to mattresses. Bases, bedding and sofas are covered by their warranty rather than the trial. Sleep on your mattress for up to 120 nights. We ask that you give it at least 30 nights so your body can adjust to a new sleep surface. If it still is not right for you, contact our team and you get 100 percent of the mattress price back. Our courier collects it for a flat $250 return fee in metro areas, and further out we quote the pickup before anything is booked. Your delivery is never deducted. Full details are in our Return Hub.

Every mattress has a 120 night trial. Bases, bedding and sofas are covered by their warranty rather than the trial. The Return Hub shows exactly what applies to what you bought.

Delivery is free to most areas of Australia. Most orders arrive within 2 to 12 business days depending on your location. Your mattress is compressed and delivered in a box for easy handling into your bedroom.

Our mattresses work on most bases including slatted bases, ensemble bases and adjustable bases. For slatted bases we recommend gaps no wider than 7cm so the mattress is evenly supported. A solid or sprung base is also fine.

The right feel comes down to your body weight and how you sleep. Side sleepers usually prefer a little more give through the shoulders and hips, while back and stomach sleepers tend to prefer firmer support. If you are unsure, take our mattress quiz and we will point you to the best match.

A slight new-foam smell is normal when a boxed mattress is first opened and it is not harmful. Allow the mattress to air in a ventilated room and the smell dissipates within a few hours to a couple of days as it fully expands.

On a mattress, the 15 year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Bed bases have a 12 year frame warranty and 6 year parts warranty. Normal wear, comfort preference and improper handling are not covered. See our warranty page for full terms.
